Description
Between Atoms was a piece commissioned by Greek painter Stefanos Rokos in 2009 for his 2010 exhibition "Horror And Romance on Another Planet." The lyrics were inspired by particle theory and a poignant bell jar metaphor.
Lyrics
You seem to float between the atoms Your quarks revealed in glowing shapes Living beneath a broken bell jar Vibrating strings adorn this place And ohhhh...what lies beneath us? And ohhhh...what lies between us? And as we float between the atoms / We seem to float out of our dreams Our quarks revealed in glowing shapes / formlike shapes reach out as receivers We live beneath a broken bell jar / reaching out engaged in grey matters VIbrating strings adorn our space / Are we here or are we far from... Oh...what lies beneath us? And oh...what lies between us? And oh...what lies beneath us? And oh...what lies between us?
