James Taylor Curtis wife owns and runs the best barbeque restaurant in the Tampa, Fllordia area., Hot Rod's Barbeque. JT performs over 200 dates a year, but when at home he helps out, having to young children as well. The song was inspired by his time helping at the restaurant.
