Paul Tait is on the cover of October’s issue of Metronome Magazine. Metronome is one of Boston’s oldest local rock and roll magazines and is free at retailers such as Newbury Comics, Guitar Center, Daddy’s Junky Music, and others. If you are not from Boston, go to www.paultaitsite.com and email Paul for a copy while they last!

A special edit of “Paul Tait Live at The Pavilion” is now in OurStage and has been entered into the September contest for Best Live Video.
Taped from the audience in 1992, this performance is a real as it gets! No overdubs, no mixing, nothing after the fact! This is Paul right when “Television City” was released, and at the top of his game!
www.paultaitsite.com has had the Scrapbook section updated with his latest ad artwork and press release.
“Singer-Songwriter-Pianist Paul Tait is planning to release a CD entitled “They Came From The Cellar – Deluxe Edition” in the fall that will have tracks from hiss 1997 cassette, all of 1994’s “Showcase”, and a handful of unreleased tracks. In the spring of ’09, a double CD set called “AlternaTait” is in the pipeline.” – From the August issue of Metronome Magazine
I am back in the studio working with former members of Phase IV, the band that played on the original 45rpm version of “Pop Musician”. While we have remained friends, this marks the first time we’ve worked on music since 1985! No plans to tour, but the recordings will be released sometime next spring either as a Phase IV EP or a Paul Tait with Phase IV CD single.
The CD’s “PT20: Paul Tait 1982-2002” and “Back In Business: Paul Tait 2003” will be available for purchase on ShockHound starting in July!
Paul’s full catalog is on ITunes.
