Over the weekend SF had some perfect weather. The city reached its all time high of 70-plus-something degrees and had a light floating sent of sunscreen. The big parks were filled. Ocean beach…crowded like sardines. Ice cream lines looped around the block, while traffic line trailed into the city. People played in the sun as we started recording our first album.

In two days we recorded 15 full tracks – talk about a serious gig workout. We decided on 15 songs to record, but will select 10 for the album. Everything that went on tape was hot! Each piece felt good. If things felt really good we kept the two inch rollin. When we weren’t playing we were stuffing our faces. We have selected a few must try items: enclosed below.

We currently don’t have a drummer, so we were lucky enough to be graced by two lovely drummer friends. Max MacVeety from Crown City Rockers came the first day. Derek Taylor who plays for The Park, Nino Moschella, and Lee Bob Watson jammed on Sunday. Both are Life-savers, Life-friends, and can be found vis myspace – Thank you guys we couldn’t have done it with out you two.

We have some fun video and pics from the studio, which will come soon. Rob who is also our sound engineer/producer will be working on the post record-tinkerings. We’re estimating two months till the debut. We will keep you posted. Until then sunblock up and enjoy the music.
