This was one of the first three songs I ever recorded in Nashville. It was also the one that when i got out of the studio I looked to my producer Charlie Craig and said " Well, I just wasted everyone's time with that song." I was really upset with how I sounded. Truth was I just wasn't use to hearing my voice in playback on softer songs.
