Nice dirty vocals!!! Have you considered way more riff heavy songs? Black Keys-esque type stuff. I'm sure you've heard 10 AM Automatic. It might open things up for you to really use that voice, going back and forth between a gritty and clean vocal. It also allows the listener to focus on the vocal after he/she's been engrossed by the riff. Just my personal thoughts.
