Was watching the telly on holiday "One Shot at Glory" 'bout a footy player that was very good. Anyway there was a line in the film where Mum said to daughter "You only betray yourself, if you cant let go of the things that cause you pain" I was going thru a divorce and wept as I wrote the song. The line in the movie also made me ball like a baby, wrote the words down and wrote "It"s Over Now". Very emotional , yet positve song for any whom may have sadly encountered a painful divorce.
