You're My Home
Cathy Stewart

You could say I've been a lot of places.
I've been to hell, and made it through.
No matter where I go, or how the winds might blow,
I'm so glad that they always take me back to you...

*You're my harbor in the storm.
You're the fire that keeps me warm,
And the light that shines that guides me safely in.
You're my up when I get down,
You pull me out so I won’t drown,
When I'm losin' you're the luck that lets me win.
With your love I know I'll never be alone...
You're my home.

You could say I've seen a lot of faces.
Some sincere, some full of lies .
I can always find the truth, and all I need for proof,
Is what I see, looking in your eyes.....

*You're my harbor in the storm…….
There almost came the day that I up and walked away
But I couldn’t seem to make it through the door.
Don‘t know why I couldn‘t see, when you gave your love to me
There was nothing else I ever needed more…

*You're my harbor in the storm………

You're my home.
