A musical tribute to my Grandma Tillie (my Mom's mother), who with her sister Leah bravely escaped Russia, under gunfire, to seek a new life in America - she was 16 years old when she passed through Ellis Island in 1903, and would never see her parents again. Her flame burns eternally for all of my ancestors and family. (In the photo, Tillie is furthest to the right, tall and beautiful - the picture was taken shortly before she left home.)
