I'm listening again. Still sounds like a song to me. Goes with the beat as if it was written to do so. Has a lilting lyrical meter. It reminds me of other songs like it I've heard over the years. I may be wrong and that's a common theme for me. Nonetheless, I believe I'm hearing a song. I dig it. Nothing wrong with it at all. I guess it falls under the "matter of opinion" category.
