A wonderfully sweet and tender song. When I tell the "kids" that I feel that I'm a better songwriter now than when I was when I was younger this is what I mean. You could not have written this song XX (fill in the blank yourself!) years ago, I bet. Certainly not without the gravitas and perspective that propels this song.

Don, what a great song and tribute to your Dad! This one ranks right up there with those great father tributes by Fogelberg (Leader of the Band), Clapton (My Father's Eyes), and Mike & The Mechanics (In The Living Years). Well done, my friend!
