Wildflower
by Stephanie Pauline
An "off-roading" adventure ended in need of a tow. Awaiting rescue, I happened upon a grove of flowers. I impetuously reached down, scooped one up & was soon mortified that this bloom would be rendered lifeless. That eve though I hung it up in my cottage in the Rockies & penned this. I had moved to CO with no plan, except that God had made me to sing, write songs, & had guided me there. This song is about the joy that comes in following your heart. I have that wildflower still to remind me live my dreams.
