Congrats on finishing the film and making the top 10 to everyone involved.

Jesse, you have great editing skills. It is definitely your forte! There is room for improvement in the storyline, but overall a great accomplishment in such little time.

I enjoyed watching the filming process, and how it finally came together... which scenes you chose and how you inserted them into a sequence. For example, when the guys are talking on the couch, and it switches to the main character's reaction and back to the friend. As we filmed it, I didn't realize where the reaction was going to go, but seeing the final product as well as the filming process allowed me to start thinking in a less linear fashion in that respect. So thank you for that, and I appreciate the experience. I'd just recommend you work on your organizational skills, because although I'm glad I was involved, it was totally unstructured and chaotic in ways I feel could have been easily avoided.

In response to many of the comments people have been making, I would like to ask why people feel so threatened by negative remarks. Some are merited, while others are just silly and to be ignored. Either way- everyone should feel free to express their opinion, no matter how harsh, and it should only serve to either show someone where improvement is needed, or to make them stronger in their convictions as an artist. There will always be critics. Whether you respect them or their perspective is not really the issue. A response to a critique should be based on the work, not on the critic... the critic is irrelevant- and so are you when you make it about them.

So lets all stop being childish and focus on "focus".

Yes! I can't remember which building it is, exactly, but it is one of the science buildings. The wall is absolutely massive. One of the coolest things to look at, if you get a chance. It's often overlooked, I believe.

This is such a great film. You guys did an excellent job editing it and I'm so proud of you. I hate how jealousy causes people to rate it lower than it deserves, because honestly, this is one of the best quality films in the running.

I undarstand what you're sayin Andy and I agree, "crappy" was out of line but if you reread my last paragraph you'll see that I agree with you. In th same respect it isn't nice to do what the people on this page have done. You probably left the smartest comment on here.
