The Runner

by Jesse Terry

A song I wrote with a fine writer named Fred Wilhelm.. I guess it's a song about my general restlessness and my desire for belonging somewhere.. finding "home" whatever that may be. available on itunes and cdbaby! It features my long-time bandmates with a little help from slide guitar legend Dan Dugmore on the lap steel guitar.

Great classic style that will live forever. The type of music that endures time and all the changes that come with it. Well done.

You hit a nerve with this one! Great all round-love the voice, knocked out by the arrangement, lyrics are first rate AND fresh! I,ll be coming back to this one a lot!
