Lyrically, you have something to say, obviously. This song might come across better in a song cycle of some kind on an album, because of its personal nature; that would help let us in on the secret of your protagonist and bear, and tell us whether it might be geared toward children or has a larger artistic context. Vocally and instrumentally, this is not that strong a rendition. Spare, gauzy vocals can't be supported well by thin, gauzy guitar-playing, and for this to go over with an audience, there needs to be more instrumental interest.
