Poseidon

by Kelly Andrew

Kelly Andrew Kaveny's debut album, Olympus, is a true genre-bending experience. Multicultural instruments with the acoustic orchestra collides with the world of electronica and digital effects to produce over 60 minutes of unforgettable melodies and rhythms that will truly move your body, mind and spirit. "The spirit of the mythological gods and goddesses of ancient Greece still live within our modern civilization. The values they symbolized are the inspiration for this musical flight to Mount Olympus."

Very good arrangement. Although, I strongly disagree with some of the other comments. Not all instrumentals need to have guitar lead solos.

Agreed. A little more guitar would help this advance. It doesn't have to be anything fancy - a simple, slow melody with a decent amount of sustain would kick this pig into overdrive.

Very cool track. Nice job.

Very nice Orchestral piece.
Good sounds and nicely arranged.
I would like to hear more guitar in this. More than just rhythm guitar. Maybe playing some of the melody lines. A solo would be nice too.
After all, it is in the Rock Instrumental genre.
Nicely done, just the same.
