Absolutely awesome, until 2'38 - goes terribly wrong, then, even worse, it doesn't have a new direction after that bit. The idea of a 'bit' there is good, but it must take a new direction after that. For an exagerated example of this listen to anything on Michael Jackson's Dangerous album (yes, it's 10 years old and might not be your cuppa, but there's much to learned there).

Also lose the synth at 3'30 too - it's a perfect place to end.

You have a fantastic voice and you're hot. Don't allow the song to let you down.
