Frontline’s first single displays a variety of classical musical influences whilst introducing listeners to a completely new sound. The funk/jazz rhythm of the bass and drums smoothly grooves to the heavy guitar and classical piano. The shear vocal power is gently restrained until the chorus where it is replaced with angst and menace as frontman, Mike Barresi sings “I’m so sorry but there’s nothing I can do!” An instrumental breakdown cleverly displays the bands dexterity as the intensity constantly builds.
