Hard edged imagery and an attacking lyric that we have not heard since Dylan went electric for the first time. This is great, it sums up a generation that fails to launch, and I think it's probably the first song to tackle the subject. What I like is the despairing switch of point of view in the refrain, 'You can't win 'em all, mum'. It just shows another side of the story. Absolutely superb track. I shall be voting for this at every opportunity.
