This song was a labor of love, taking nearly two hours to record and mix. To date, it is the closest I've ever come to getting the sounds in my head down on record. The lyrics are from a poem I wrote back in high school. I think that by not rewriting it, the song captures the confusion of being a young teenager more authentically.
