This is a short video about exercise. Virtual Reality video games are on the rise, but their is still no substitute for just getting out and really exercise. I had a lot of fun animating the robots, and I hope you enjoy it.

Well done, Luke! Your point was clear and the video great to watch. Indeed, there is no substitute for REAL exercise, unless of course you run into a good deal of walls and furniture....Guess that is what one calls a "bruiser"!

Hey, I appreciate your comment 09 PRODUCTIONS, but this video is clearly advocating exercise over playing video games all day. To quote the announcer in this video, "Until you can get this much exercise from playing a video game, just get out and do it."
