Cheers All Wise, I am trying other catagories. We'll see what happens. I've been booted outta a few catagories here. Seems I don't really fit any catagory. Perhaps it's because I don't write to a formula. Dunno. Much obliged. M.
Catagory/channel exclusive, it's a great song and you have a tremedously warm, passionate, and embracing voice to deliver it... It's well written with an enticing warm hint of jazz within the blues melody itself... It wouldn't be so hard to close my eyes and imagine you, back in time, sharing a Hard Rock Cafe stage in duet with the amazing Eva Cassidy; someone who also shared that wonderful flavor in her music... Great job... Doug
Singer/songwriter or Acoustic...great song, but gives me that "open stage on a wednesday night at the coffeehouse" feel....have to agree in part with All Wise...
Your vocals are very smooth and the song is good ....but traditional country/roots no not even roots, try more along the lines of folk or singer/songwriter channel
It's Michele here. Just read the comments on my track here and I thought I'd just jump in and agree with everybody, No...this ain't a Trad Country track - even though it employs a Traditional approach (It's a live solo recording with just me and my guitar). However I think it is a Roots track...and this catagory is Traditional Country/Roots, ain't it?
Y'all let me know where you think this should be. I'd be very thankful for your troubles.
I would like to hear this song with a full production. This is a good song, what a song of the heart. This song has bit me, my heart is now wounded.love your song!
