"River" likens love to a river and goes through several verses explaining the similarities culminating in a brief refrain in which the singer of the song only wants to be consumed by the river (love) - to drown in her. I like the imagery of the lyrics and lead lines throughout. I believe it captures an emotional state and the music is fluid...like a river.
