i like this one... it embodies many instruments as mere accents to the strong vocals without being so strong they take away from them... this very pretty piece of work... well done...

I don't think it needs one more thing added; it's simply beautiful the way it is.

It's come up in a another battle, and I think i like it even more this time.

Listening to the first verse, I was thinking that there needs to be another melody instrument in the arrangement- then the cello came in. Cello is my favourite string instrument, so I have to credit the arrangement as superb.
This track has an awful lot going for it. Lyrically and melodically it has echoes of Randy Newman, we've got some Bruce Hornsby piano, and the voice is as good as any of the artists out of Austin or Nashville.
I'm comparing Bob to some major league artists.
Can you tell that I liked this?
