Really like the vocals in the beginning..very expressive, soulful, love the tonal inflections and way you delivered the lyrics..kept my attention. Chorus was disappointing..you seem to have a lot of great, different tonal styles, but I felt like the tone on the chorus was off..and it definitely deserved to be as ear-catching as the first verse. I think if you reworked the chorus you could really have an amazing song - it just needed more energy or something..hope you appreciate my constructive thoughts as a fellow writer/musician I think you're definitely onto something!
