Walking through the streets of Indianapolis, you'll often be greeted with the jingling of change in a cup, a sign on a piece of cardboad explaining why that individual finds themself on a street corner, and a plea of "Can you spare any change?" While impossible to completely understand unless you've been in those shoes, singer/songwriter Chad Mills does his best to try. Hearing it may inspire you next time you pass someone on the street.
