Born in Tennessee, near the birthplace of Dolly Parton
Started singing & playing bass at age 11,influenced 
by the likes of Carl Perkins, Vince Gill, and
many, many others. He remarks about the Koolaid-
Stand at the corner of Greenfield Pl in Kingsport,TN
and growing up with not a care in the world.....
well, back then it was easier....
Moved to Atlanta, Georgia after finishing school and
settled in with an all original group "Morris, Vaughn, and Smith" which afforded him the opportunity to work in some state of the art recording studios, meet and perform with some of the already established musicians of the area.
At one time he could be seen/heard along the
southeastern coastal area (Gator Circuit) and even as
far north as Minnesota, and Ontario, Canada
Remembering his heritage,
he relocated to Nashville, to be continued..........
