bridgewalk was formed out of the pre-mature breakup of a band called early august. My brother Brent was in the band as well. we both knew that music was our life...so we quickly collaborated and soon had 3 or 4 songs we had come up with...and we began playing out. it lasted for a few months, until brent headed off for school. and for about 2 years it stayed dormant. this project was never meant to be solo by any means, but with members coming in and out, and locations being changed frequently...my thoughts and the music accompanying them had to be written somehow...and it was and that's what you're hearing now. i write about what i want to change, i write about what needs to be changed, and i write about those thoughts that everyone has at least once in there life time....this is the story of my life put to music....and the story of other peoples lives that share the common dream....to live, to love, and to learn...
