Playing a fresh hybrid of rock, blues, punk and indie… Luke Philbrick (22) a Guitar god in the making, a clash of Jimmy Page & Kurt Cobain, Nick Tilling (22) a no nonsense damn groooovey bassist in the vein of ????and Jake Philbrick (21) the drumming juggernaut mixing the styles of John Bonham & Keith Moon, WILL excite you with there energetic, sing-along, Ooooh - Yeeeaaaah real live music. Luke and Jake have known each other nearly all their lives and have both played in bands together since their early teens. Nick took over bass duties in late 2009 having formerly known Luke & Jake since early school days. They are a tight knit bunch of friends still hanging out with each other. Yours have earned a strong reputation as a live band on the circuit, playing Camden, London, Bristol, Birmingham, and of course as many of the local haunts as they can, almost becoming the house band at the Café Rene, Gloucester. Their biggest gigs to date being 3 years running at the Wired promoted Gloucester Guild Hall & supporting The Beat at the The Festival in the Park, Gloucester, in front of capacity crowds earning rave reviews. Yours released a nine song ‘mini album’ in 2009 part financed by the band and Wired and was greeted with very strong reviews. Dripping with integrity & intensity with more than a soupcon of psyhcedelia, Yours are fast becoming the must see band. 2010 is looking like a bumper year with another slew of self financed recordings on the way, look out!!!
