I’ve learned it’s sometimes good to just appreciate the ordinarily insignificant parts of life and take time to discover their beauty. One of my greatest fascinations is people and their individual stories, the stories that make them who they are. That’s probably why I like writing so much. There is so much to observe, to hear and to say, so I like to put some of it on paper. Music is incredible. I love it with a passion. I’ve grown up playing music in church all my life so it’s not a new thing for me. I humbly thank God for giving me the ability to share my heart with others in this way. It’s my deepest longing to see people who are hurting, healed, who are broken, fixed and who are unloved, loved. I want to reflect God’s never-failing compassion and faithfulness so that people can recognize how much I love the ONE who holds my life in His hands. I have the desire to be pure and walk out my days to the best of my ability, trying not to settle for less. I live my life the way I do, because of my faith in God’s ultimate sacrifice of His son Jesus, who died so I could live. For all of the blessings in my life I give full credit to heaven. It’s a powerful thing to recognize we have absolutely no control over what comes next.There is an eternity and everyday we are one step closer to it. Life is fragile, lovely as a rose. In other words, take time to realize how valuable you are and how quickly this all goes by.
