Vida Tinta is a band that is coming straight out of Compton, California. It is composed of Eddie on vocals and rhythm guitar, Juan on lead guitar, Nery on bass, and Dario on drums. The name derived as the four man band became witness to the history and by-products of this notorious city. The Band formed in 2006 appearing at local clubs playing covers of Mana, Enanitos Verdes, and other great bands. In 2008, they recorded their first original album, “…Ya No Hay Amor!!” in tribute to the hardworking class of today. The compilation contains a variety of styles, ranging from ballads to one-drop reggae. Their influences include Juan Luis Guerra, Javier Solis, The Beatles, Zoe, Santana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bob Marley, and the Police among others. The sky is the limit for this young band and anything is possible!
