Sooo hmm, lets see now... So I'm supposed to tell you ABOUT ME, eh??? Such a difficult question... Do you know that gal you see on the street corner, screaming about bad weather, lamenting the cost of cigarettes down at the corner store, outlining a plan for the redistribution of the world's wealth, kicking her boots against the sidewalk, in time with some lost tune in her head, laughing at the absurdity of man, crying in shame, drawing pictures of forgotten faces, singing black-and-blue ballads, spinning tall tales, and whispering intimate secrets, confessing long-buried sins, looking a little chubby lately and sleep deprived, with shaggy hair of varying lengths, and wrinkled clothes -- scraps of paper, spilling out of my pockets, splattered with numbers of people I forgot already, and lyrics to all the songs I hear in my head, looking a little out of balance -- like she's walking a tightrope in her head and ready to take the big fall any second, looking as if she's spent her share of moonless nights in the back corner of smoky bars & concert halls, the kind of gal who materializes out of the backseat of a black Lincoln with suicide doors, with an airline schedule in her back pocket and a look of desperation in her eyes, like she knows something bad is happening somewhere but she doesn't know how to get there in time to stop it, kicking herself a little too hard to be amusing, wearing a bleeding heart on her dirty sleeve, sending hopeless invitations, ducking into the alley?...
Well... that's me...
Oh yea, and I also LOVE playing the drums and writing. I write poems, stories, and songs. Whatever it takes to put my feelings and emotions out to the world. Also some people call me a big computer nerd, because I spend hours and hours at my computer, creating websites, graphics, animations, and videos for my friends, and for FUN... And I have been TRYING to get a little business off the ground, called, VickStix Designs.
