Everyone has a designed dilemma by God, tailored to fit the planned purpose for that particular individual. Furthermore meaning our lives is predestined. In the mist of our journey there is a way we should respond to life daily hassles and that is standing firm on our belief in God. In the mist of HARD there is righteousness, In the process of GRIND there is inspiration. In addition, two brothers sent to deliver powerful messages from the words of God through the wire of a microphone, in hopes to Educate, Empower, Enlighten and Encourage all while standing firm in Christ.
In late 2005, Razor and Bone (R&B) became acquainted in the military where they discovered each other’s similar passion for music. Terrance (Bone), who was a writer out of Mississippi and Darnell (Razor), who from Maryland, specialized in free-styling, decided to merge their gifts/passion together and became a duo known as R&B. This was the birth of Hard Grind leading the group to multiple performances, even opening up for Texas Hip-Hop Natives “Paul Wall and Mike Jones.” The controversial sounds of “Keep My name out Your Mouth” and the confidential flow of “I know” is just a few of the fan favorites. By the end of 2006 the group parted ways after separation from the military.
Seven years to date, God has united the group giving the true definition of Hard Grind. Having A Righteous Delivery, Giving Real Inspiration Never Diluted. Using true testimonies and revealing their transformation by the power of God, the group has found themselves back in the studio recording one of their most inspirational yet important projects, the Album “Resurrected.” The two are excited about what God has endowed them with as believers, and are compassionate about empowering the world through their God given talent in music.
