So, I got let off from my job 3 days after they hired me. Apparently the numbers weren’t adding up, and I was not cut out for the job. The real angering part is that the whole job was based on going door to door talking with people, and my major is communications – so it’s like, this is my major, why am I not cut out for this? All and all, on account of this – I have had some free time lately and have been doing random recordings here and there. For “Friday” I was recording with one instrument primarily (a very mechanical one at that), and so it felt really good to bust out the synth and delay pedal and to create some pretty messes. I posted one of the new songs on my myspace, it’s pretty dubbed out – a direction I have never gone in before. Just having fun, and trying out new/old things! Oh and by the way, I got rehired to a place that has much better pay and is a much better job in general – i start Thursdsay! hells yeah.

“¡ Friday !” my new album is almost done. I’m still working on the guitar parts, and I’m hoping to have it available by June. I’m thinking of adding some more samples too, and I’m planning on having AT LEAST one awesome song that has never graced the face of the internet. Ill.
