Ulysses Campbell is an indie electro 8 bit trance project from the mind of Zach Wilson. He is influenced by such artists as Weezy F Baby, Crystal Castles, Nico, and Artifakt.

Unlike many other electronica musicians, Ulysses Campbell avoids soft synths and gets straight to the point with hardware keyboards, sequencers – and even a vintage commodore 64. All songs are recorded onto an 8 track to give it a raw analog sound.

He went to a liberal arts progressive boarding school where such acts as Sufjan Stevens have recorded and resided.
