Tripping Sounds is a one man project – an creative outlet to spread out the music that wouldn’t be at home anywhere else. It was started by Ari aka Ade aka Gonzo Sombrero Manninen in the beginning of 2008 being continuously bored to write songs just to let them rot in a drawer.

My history consists of playing in a metal oriented groups and enjoying as listening to a good deal of heavy metal like Metallica, Dissection, Morbid Angel, Pantera just to mention a few. Over the years I got passionated to stuff from the 60/70s. Bands like Camel and King Crimson blew my mind in to a trip where I’ve been ever since. I do take my heavy metal medicine still daily, but the horizon I am beholding is more wider and colorful than never before. It’s inspirational these days.
