I'm a bit of a late comer to acting, although I always thought of myself as an actor, even while serving as a Hospital Corpsman/Field Combat Medic in the US Navy. Two months after I honorably separated from service I was in college. I graduated from UMKC with a BA in Theatre. I was accepted at the Actors Studio Drama School, that became the New School for Drama in my third year, receiving an MFA in acting in May of 2006. I was accepted at the Actors Studio Drama School, that became the New School for Drama in my third year, receiving an MFA in acting in May of 2006. I've completed a one-month film-intensive course at the New York Film Academy and I've performed fourteen weeks at the New York Comedy Club doing improv. I recommend that kind of training to anyone, because it really makes you think on your feet!
