Timothy Alexander is a singer/songwriter who hails from Providence, Rhode Island. Timothy Alexander is a singer/songwriter who hails from Providence, Rhode Island. He was brought up by two professionally-trained and life-long lovers of music, who passed on their passion for music to their all of their children. The youngest of three boys, Timothy always believed in creating and making independent representations of himself through all forms of art. As a young boy he started by learning the violin, and then the flute; he taught himself to play the piano, and during his teenage years found his niche in the musings of a guitar left to him by one of his older brothers. The songs he writes are in the genre of acoustic-pop-rock, and range from subjects of lost or found love, to self-discovery and to politically-fueled anthems.
