Mixing influences from 60's British pop (The Beatles, The Kinks) and modern rock (Weezer, The All-American Rejects), The Stellas' sound features strong melodies and catchy hooks that appeal to everyone from casual listeners to the most jaded music fans.

The Stellas are working on their first EP, to be due out in late Spring, with producer Joe Kuhlman (Transmission Fields, The Houston Brothers, The Near Misses). In March 2008, they have been a featured artist on the Charlotte morning show, Fox News Rising, making an appearance complete with a live performance and interview. They have received spins on WEND 106.5's "90 Minutes" in Charlotte, and WXRY's "Unsigned" out of Columbia, SC. The Stellas have shared the stage with Athenaeum, Blind Melon, SAFETYSUIT and Jealousy Curve.
