Joe has sought out the most fitting individuals to fill out his work originating on acoustic guitar, with neo-folk rhythm play, emotional lyrics, ambient guitar lining by Michael Rague, custom fit percussion done by Kevin O'Connor and subtle yet driving bass by John Thomas Brummerloh. As of January 2009, The Roman Numeral Three has gained a strong musical presence in the Southeastern Ma and Providence RI area, playing an almost countless number of shows in all types of places. Favorites of course being the intimate setting of a friend's backyard, or basement. Snowballing week after week, the mostly positive feedback serves as fuel to keep on playing, writing and having fun with great friends. The Summer of 2010 was when they decided to start recording the debut disk "On Baker Rd" which was released digitally on 1/11/11, via Bandcamp.com (www.theromannumeralthree.bandcamp.com)
