Chris Williams – ( guitar, vocals) This Tulsa Oklahoma native actually was part of a band that almost took the German version of Star Search.. With time being spent on both U.S. Coast, in Los Angeles. With his late cousin and then LTD drummer Melvin Webb , being exposed to bay area funk or southern soul all the way to the Florida coast playing with the New York influenced style of pianist Wrenny Alcino. This has contributed to Darrells’ percussively funky yet melodic bass style. A style that has seen him appear with artist such as Unlimited Touch, Freelife, Sister Sledge, Grey and Hanks, guitar greats Sonny Kenner and Leon Estelle and it is this playing and songwriting style that he brings to this group.Robert Frost (drums,) Is a founding member of Nexstep.
