He currently holds the titles of DJ, videographer, video director, beat maker, producer, T-shirt designer, and the list actually goes on.
THE LIGHTHOUSE considers himself to be a HYPER-DIMENSIONAL being. He doesn't believe in limits to ones ability to express themselves. He feels that if you have the articulation to express something, don't let the society from which you belong or any other social structure hinder you from achieving and doing anything that you feel is necessary to express who you are as an individual. If you're a dancer, yet you want to pursue painting, do it! This motivation and ambition has lead THE LIGHTHOUSE to develop many relationships and acquire many positions and opportunities to do more than just be an ordinary Musician/Emcee. He is also an independent A&R consultant and Artistic Manager.
THE LIGHTHOUSE actually got his name from assisting Pharrell Williams, in searching for talent. Williams coupled THE LIGHTHOUSE's stature (6'5") with his ability to find the two artist he had just inquired about, so quickly and precisely that he said, "you're like a bounty hunter...no, as a matter of fact, you're THE LIGHTHOUSE...you just look over everyone and find stuff" and the name stuck.
THE LIGHTHOUSE has artistic management credits on JADAKISS' THE LAST KISS album as well as A&R consideration for The Fast & Furious 4 Soundtrack, for a song entitled, "La Isla Bonita". So THE LIGHTHOUSE doesn't do music to get a record DEAL, he does it for the love and support of fans who enjoy good music.
