Joseph J. Domond, also known as Jo’Rias, was born in Boston, Massachusetts on February 26, 1990. Jo’Rias was always a bright, energetic child. He could always be found entertaining himself with his art work or his own vocal talent. He spent the first eleven years of his childhood exploring and perfecting his artistic abilities. In 2001, he moved to Brockton, Massachusetts and joined the Shakespearean Club at his middle school. After being exposed to the Shakespearean manner and prose, he realized he wanted to give a similar message within his poetry and musical compositions. His knowledge of great playwrights, poets and philosophers grew respectively with his knowledge and they had a great influence on his unique writing style. "The people may be made to follow a path of action, but they may not be made to understand it" –Confucius He later moved to Linden, New Jersey with his father and in his senior year of high school, he revealed his talents to the world. Jo’Rias was infamous for parading throughout the hallways in song and a well known participant and performer in annual dance showcases.. In college, Jo’Rias began to buy musical equipment and creating beats. He had difficulties finding artists that were up to par so he took it upon himself to do his instrumentals justice. Upon moving back to Brockton, he was reunited with his childhood best friend Patrick Morice (also known by: Forge Freedom). Forge Freedom and Jo’Rias began working together as a duo called The Kauze. The Kauze represents the affect music can impose on individuals when listened to. Their first single, Side Chick was a colossal hit in the MySpace community. Jo’Rias is currently attending the New England Institute of Art for audio engineering. Jo’Rias and The Kauze were discovered and are now under the management of Darius Bradley, 6 Legacy Management. They hope to become universal artists, recognized in the hip hop community for emitting versatility.
