A punk-rock trio that prides itself on fast, well-crafted songs about heartbreak and venereal disease, rock gods and cartoons, asshole politicians and Harrison Ford, they have been described as, "Loud, not sloppy, and Aggressive, not angry." Much more than three-chord songs, The Business End pulls from its members' varied musical influences and histories to form what becomes a good time had by all. And that is exactly what music should be. All of the 100+ clubs they have played so far have asked them to come back. Positive feedback from audiences is overwhelming. "Good tunes" and "they look like they're having a lot of fun up there" are comments frequently heard after a Business End set. The Business End finished 2007 by recording at The Pus Cavern with Joe Johnston (Cake, Deftones, Hoobastank, Taking Back Sunday, etc...), and played to a full house at The Great American Music Hall in 2008.
