Biography
The Alliance is made up of two brothers, Phluent and Hits. Born and raised in Staten Island, NY now living in Allentown, PA we are determined to be known worldwide with our music. Hits produces the beats and sings the hooks and Phluent lays down the rhymes. A few of our songs feature Pachino aka Bad Newz from a group called PGR (Puerto-Greazt Ricans). Though our small city has many unsigned artists, we consider ourselves one of the best.
