I'm an actor, and writer originally from Dayton, OH.
I am a published poet, and the author of two one-person shows that I've also performed. At the present, I'm planning a North American tour with my most recent solo performance piece, "My LIfe as a Geek."
I'm an avid sports fan, and in my spare time, I enjoy hiking and camping. When I'm not immersed in any of the above mentioned activities--I can be found cooking or reading.

Teddy, Thanks for your kind words... I graduated in theatre from UT (Austin) and moved to LA (thus Texa-cali-rita) My last role of consequence was a principal in Christopher Reeve's last directorial effort. Depending on funding, I have a lead role in an indie film this summer. We'll see.... for me, the music is always playing.. You... you are superb!!...Lauren
