Swann Danger put out a self-titled EP in 2003 on their own Custody Night School label, which was later released on vinyl by the Swedish label Release the Bats, and contributed songs to a GSL complilation (Golden Grouper, vol. 1), a Strobelight Records Compilation (New Dark Age, vol. 3) and a split 7" with The Holy Kiss on Kill Shaman Records. The band toured Europe in June/July of 2005 and has played shows up and down the West Coast as well as in NYC. The full-length "Deep North" was recorded with Pete Lyman(Infrasonic Sound)and also with Skot Brown(Phantom Limbs, Black Ice)and includes Robert "Joey" Perales (Dead and Gone)on drums in lieu of the mechanical box. In April 2007, Jim Andersen (Year Future,The Pattern) joined the band on drums. The Cul-de-Sac Komitee (Germany) released a special limited edition version of the new recordings on 12" vinyl in May of 2007. The CD version has been released on Custody Night School and will feature two bonus tracks. (Swann Danger releases are now also available on internet music stores such as itunes and emusic.) The band embarked on a tour of Europe during June/July of 2007. Enfant Terrible (Netherlands) released a HEX compilation in the Fall of 2007 that includes a dub re-mix of "Don't Be Sweet".
