The Supaficialz began their group in 2007 originally consisting of RJ Jefferson aka Fame, Marcuz Montes aka Mars, and Antonio Smothers aka Lucky. Fame and Mars met a one of The Pack shows through a mutual friend that told each of them that the other made music. Mars made the groups beats and both rapped. After one successful song together, they met Lucky and he became an addition to the group. Supaficialz then became part of the label Picazzo Ent. Under this labe,l they worked with many Bay Area producers such as Sirealz of Team Knoc. They also worked with rappers such Jose Santana, Sirealz and many more. They have performed shows with The Pack, Tyga, L-Solo and other artists. After several months, Supaficialz left the label and went back to 916 Ent. The group separated after a while, and Fame joined the group The Trend. He left The Trend after seven months and Supficialz started again, this time with only Fame and Mars in the group. Together they have completed their first album, The Arrival and have been on tour across the country with Hurricane Chris. Now, at the ages of 19 and 20, Fame and Mars are ready to take on anything ahead of them acquiring DJ Baby Chino as their new teammate.
