A five piece band from Jenison, Michigan. Four members are Jenison High School graduates and are currently attending colleges in Michigan. All were in marching band. The band formed in the summer of 2008 when Joe and Liana decided to start their own band after playing together for a short period of time in a cover band that broke up. A five piece band from Jenison, Michigan. Four members are Jenison High School graduates and are currently attending colleges in Michigan. All were in marching band. The band formed in the summer of 2008 when Joe and Liana decided to start their own band after playing together for a short period of time in a cover band that broke up. Without a bassist and a drummer, not much progress was made until "Bedroom Guitarist" was written. Liana had recieved a song idea from her father one night in January and within a half hour, "Bedroom Guitarist" was written, lyrics and music. It was at this point that Joe and Liana took the initiative to recruit a drummer and bassist. Joe contacted Sean and Liana got a hold of her brother Juan to sing. After a few weeks of rehearsals, they recorded "Bedroom Guitarist" and a second song "Dreaming." However, they still required a bass player. On the second day of recording (and in the studio), Joe called his cousin Matt to come record bass on the song "Dreaming." While waiting to record the bass, Matt played along to the guitar and drums while they layed down their tracks. Then, Matt went in and recorded his track in two takes. They had found their bass player. The band is currently rehearsing eight original songs and plan on recording in July.
