Steven A. Clark... I was born in Little Rock, AK. Moved to Fayetteville, NC when I was about one. My parents split up when i was a youngin'. I dont remember much music from when i was really young other than "Thriller" by Micheal Jackson. That video and song, though both truly amazing, they scared the shit out of me. I actually missed out on a lot of the "Micheal Jackson Experience" due to my fear of the song and video. I eventually grew out of it and became a fan of his greatness there will never be another. Fast fowarding a little bit to the 90s i played a lot of sports everything from golf to football. I must say im a decent athlete. Musically, i can remember my mom playing a lot of Boyz II Men, Sade, Stevie Wonder, Tracy Chapman(spelling), and Anita Baker. Those are the artists that stand out. I was pretty introverted all the way into high school. In high school 99'-03 I walked to school everyday and I remember needing something to motivate me to make it to class everyday. Around this time neptunes were starting to takeover and everything they did blew my mind, EVERYTHing. They pushed the boundaries of music and fashion and I was all over it. Then I stumbled across N.E.R.D.'s "In Search of" album and it changed my life forever. That album and Nas' "Stillmatic" album. From that point on i was buying(downloading) albums and shit left and right. I went back in time to try and experience all the music i never got into as a kid. i was an official "music-head". Got to college, which unless what you get your degree in is specialized, is a hustle and fell in love with making songs. THe rest is history. Enjoy
